Cynthia is our management accountant, responsible for financial reporting to the directors and management of the day to day financial well being of Logan Stone. A former Chartered Accountant with considerable experience  in both public practise and corporate accounting, Cynthia also undertakes a financial management and reporting role for our property management team.  With the combined property expertise of our valuers and Cynthia’s accounting expertise, Logan Stone is able to offer a comprehensive property management and administrative service to clients.  Cynthia joined the Logan Stone team in 1997.

Deidre has been a member of the Logan Stone team since September 2011. Deidre has undertaken various roles within the firm but is presently Technical Support.   Deidre has a firm understanding of the administration side of Logan Stone, is the Health and Safety Officer and also ensures our Quality Management System is relevant and uptodate.  Deidre also undertakes internal project work and is support for the Administration and Workflow Coordinator, when required.

Brenda joined the Logan Stone team in December 2014.  Brenda is your first point of contact with Logan Stone answering the main phone line and reception duties.  Brenda is developing new templates for internal and external project work while undertaking all facets of report preparation as instructed by our team of valuers.  She also assists with the day to day administrative tasks.

Jay has also completed the Advanced Sustainable Nutrient Management course at Massey University, to ensure that he stays at the forefront of the changing regulatory environment in the Agricultural Sector. Hayley joined Logan Stone after completing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture followed by a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Rural Valuation at Massey University.  She is a Graduate Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and undertakes all primary leasehold and freehold assignments covering pastoral, lifestyle, horticulture and viticulture for a range of purposes. She also specialises in Nutrient Management, undertaking nutrient budgets and Farm Environmental Plans.  Hayley is also involved in insurance assessments across the primary industry sector.

Grant has extensive knowledge of the Otago and Southland regions undertaking valuations in these regions since 1982. This experience when combined with his North Island experience and specialist dairy knowledge provides a key professional to the dairy and pastoral sectors. Assignments undertaken involve both freehold and leasehold interests of dairy, sheep, beef and deer, high country and lifestyle for a range of purposes ranging from mortgage security, matrimonial settlement and transfer.
