A property professional with an eye for the future, Jay completed the Advanced Sustainable Nutrient Management course at Massey University to ensure he stays at the forefront of the changing regulatory environment of New Zealand’s agricultural sector.
As a rural valuer, Jay also applies his in-depth knowledge to a range of valuation assignments, and can provide you with sound, independent answers, while upholding the utmost confidentiality. Valuation assignments include sale and purchase, finance, compensation, financial reporting, rent reviews, treaty settlement and general advisory work.
Jay has a young family so is an expert negotiator, problem solver and question answerer. He also enjoys the occasional game of hockey, the outdoors generally, and helping out in his family’s farming businesses.
