Following the announcement of a transition to Level 3 as from Tuesday 28 April, the Logan Stone team have worked to ensure that we are able to provide a safe environment for our staff, clients and the general public as we resume property inspections. As an essential service we had been able to operate under Level 4 to some degree but we are now able to travel within the Hawke’s Bay region to complete inspections and therefore once again provide our clients with a full property inspection service.
We have procedures for travel and contactless inspections which will ensure we operate within the Government’s COVID-19 Level 3 guidelines.
Although our Queen Street offices remain closed, all staff are working remotely via phone, email and video conferencing. Inspections are undertaken following Logan Stone’s procedures and the controls and requirements in place at the inspection site. We are also able to track our movements to be able to comply with any potential future contact tracing requests.
The country’s COVID-19 response meant the cancellation of many events including our own “Perspective” which will be rescheduled once conditions permit.
